Who is Upstep?????
Upstep is a Community Event and Non-profit Fundraiser designed to support and encourage our local youth. Our aim is to inspire. Upstep Competition is open to all local bands aged (average) 16-20yrs of modern genre and original material, and is open to ACT and Queanbeyan residents.
Upstep is event is proudly a Drug and Alcohol Free Event !!!!!!
2008 entry is closed, with Stage Two Concert and Finals set to commence September 12th, 2008.

Upstep Stage two Concert Event is close, so grab your friends, mark this date in your calender, and prepare yourselves for one awesome night. Warning-not for the weakhearted!!! Who are our finalists? Don't miss them, these guys are set to redefine Original here in the ACT. Ready to set the stage alight, competing for one awesome Grand Prize Package worth over $6,000, Upstep Stage Two Finalists are.........(drumroll please)....

Upstep Competition is a multi-faceted "good feel" event designed to provide support, exposure and industry tools to our local musicians; to a provide rich and enjoyable experience to the ACT, bringing together the local music and general community in order to celebrate our local talent and, as a non-profit fundraiser, to raise funds for worthy causes.
